Terms of Service
Effective October 9, 2026 · Contact support@creativeassets.design
Clear terms for creating, saving and exporting your app’s artwork, and for the optional generation credits you purchase.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Creative Assets, a website for editing and exporting App Store creative images and video loops, with optional AI background generation. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and have authority to accept this agreement for yourself or the organization you represent.
Contact support@creativeassets.design for service, billing or legal questions. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. If mandatory consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights continue to apply.
2. The service and its limits
The editor provides template-based and user-controlled composition, local downloads, private saved projects where configured, and optional AI background tasks. Available models, storage limits and features may change. The current editor saves up to 20 cloud projects and reserves up to 100 uploaded files or 2 GB per account. Generation limits include two active tasks at a time and up to 20 submissions per hour.
Creative Assets is independent of Apple Inc. App Store is an Apple trademark. The service is not Apple-certified and does not establish your app’s eligibility for a placement, publish directly to App Store Connect, guarantee Apple acceptance, or promise a particular ranking or conversion result. You are responsible for checking current requirements and reviewing final files before submission.
AI source resolution and final export resolution are different. Scaling a source does not create missing detail. Longer video exports may repeat a shorter source clip. Browser video export depends on compatible encoding support and available device resources.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not share accounts to bypass limits, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access to another account or project.
We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, unlawful activity or a security incident. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support. Account access does not replace your responsibility to keep local backups.
4. Acceptable Use Policy and your inputs
You retain your rights in the app descriptions, copy, screenshots, icons, recordings and other materials you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process and use them, including consent for personal information where required. You give us a limited license to store, transmit, compose and process those materials to provide the service and your requested outputs.
Use actual app UI and accurate feature descriptions. Do not generate or upload infringing materials, deceptive claims, fake ratings or endorsements, unlawful content, malware, content exploiting children, or material that violates another person’s rights. Do not remove security controls, reverse engineer private access credentials, overload the service, or use it to bypass provider or platform restrictions.
Pornography and NSFW content. Do not request, upload or distribute sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual material or fetish content. This service is intended for app promotional artwork, not adult-content generation.
Violence and gore. Do not request or share graphic mutilation, extreme gore, content encouraging violence, or instructions and imagery intended to facilitate physical harm or self-harm.
Hate speech. Do not create material that promotes hatred, dehumanization, discrimination or violence against people because of protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability.
Child-unsafe content and CSAM. Sexual content involving minors or people presented as minors is prohibited, including fictional, animated, edited or AI-generated depictions. Grooming, exploitation and requests to sexualize children are prohibited.
Deepfakes and impersonation. Do not use a real person’s likeness or voice without the necessary permission, create non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonate another person, or fabricate endorsements or statements that could mislead viewers. Do not use generated artwork to deceive users about your app or its ownership.
Copyright and trademark infringement. Use only materials and brand elements you own, have permission to use, or may otherwise lawfully use. Do not request unauthorized copies of protected characters or artwork, misuse trademarks, or imply endorsement by Apple, an AI model provider or another business.
Content moderation. Before paid AI generation opens, Creative Assets must check prompts and generated outputs before release to users, retain proportionate review records and provide human review for flagged requests. These checks must apply to every offered model. During preparation, purchases remain unavailable while the platform moderation workflow is configured and verified; provider safety checks alone do not satisfy this requirement.
Reporting. Send suspected misuse or infringement reports to support@creativeassets.design with the project, task or order reference, a description of the concern and any relevant lawful evidence. Do not send payment-card details or illegal material. We review reports, check the relevant account and records, and decide what action is justified; we may request more information. Reports involving child exploitation require appropriate handling and reporting under applicable law.
Enforcement and appeals. We may restrict or suspend an account and prevent further generation where reasonably necessary to address a violation or security risk. Billing and credit adjustments remain subject to the refund policy and mandatory consumer rights. To appeal a restriction, reply to support with your account email, reference and explanation. We review the available evidence and may restore access or maintain the restriction with an explanation where lawful.
We do not use customer projects for public examples, marketing or training our own models without a separate opt-in. You may report suspected infringement or misuse to support@creativeassets.design with enough information for us to investigate.
5. Outputs and AI limitations
Subject to your rights in the inputs, applicable law and any relevant provider restrictions, you may use exported compositions for your app’s commercial promotion. You remain responsible for trademark, copyright, publicity, privacy and platform compliance. Our sample templates and background artwork may be used as part of your exported creatives; they may not be resold as a competing standalone template library.
AI output can be inaccurate, similar to other output, or affected by third-party rights. We do not promise exclusivity, that every AI output is copyrightable, or that every result is free of rights claims. Review and edit it before publication. Keep true screenshots, icons and text in their own layers when accuracy matters.
We own the service software and brand, subject to the rights of its respective licensors. Using the editor does not transfer ownership of that software or authorize use of Apple branding beyond what Apple permits.
6. One-time credit packs and generation charges
Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. The current image pack is USD 9 for 90 shared generation credits; the creative pack is USD 19 for 190 shared generation credits. One USD buys 10 credits. Previously purchased image and video entitlements retain their original per-task terms. The checkout displays the total payable and applicable taxes. The published offer and confirmed order govern a purchase. Future price changes do not change credits already purchased.
Images and videos share one credit balance. The amount depends on the selected model, size, quality, prompt and references, or video duration. The generator shows the maximum credits reserved before submission. Actual provider billing determines the final debit, capped at the accepted reservation; unused reserved credits are returned. A provider cost that is unavailable remains reserved until billing is reconciled. Changing copy, moving a screenshot, adjusting a template or exporting an existing composition uses no generation credits. Credits are reserved when you submit a task and become consumed when generation succeeds. A confirmed provider rejection or failure restores all reserved credits. An ambiguous submission or unresolved output remains reserved for reconciliation; do not resubmit the same request while its status is unresolved.
Credits do not have a scheduled expiry, are tied to your account, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where required by law or an approved refund. A successful result that does not match your creative preference still consumes its generation credit. Generation quality, runtime and availability depend in part on external providers.
Waffo processes checkout and payments. Credits are added after the server verifies a successful payment against Waffo’s order records, which may happen after the return page loads. A checkout return or screenshot of a payment is not sufficient proof of credit entitlement.
7. Refunds and billing problems
If you purchased a pack by mistake and have not used its credits, contact support@creativeassets.design within 14 days with your account email and order reference to request a refund. We will review the request and applicable consumer rights. This policy does not limit mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights under the law that applies to you.
For failed generation, missing credits, duplicate billing or unavailable downloads, contact support with the order or task reference. Confirmed failed tasks restore their reserved credits. Successful generation is a consumed service; discretionary refunds for used credits are considered individually, without limiting mandatory rights.
An approved refund removes the corresponding pack’s credits. Credits already consumed before a payment reversal may create a balance that must be reconciled before further generation. Partial refunds of a bundled pack require a support decision about the image and video allocation. Do not attempt to spend refunded credits or use chargebacks to obtain unpaid generation.
8. Saving, downloads and deletion
Local drafts use browser storage and can be lost when that data is cleared or unavailable. Cloud projects and generated files are stored privately and subject to account authorization, expiring access links and service limits. Keep original source files, downloaded outputs and an editable project backup.
You can delete completed cloud projects and their stored media from My projects. Resolve active or uncertain tasks before deletion. Downloaded copies and local drafts are separate from the cloud project. To request account deletion, email support@creativeassets.design from your account address. Necessary financial, dispute and security records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and changes
We take reasonable care in operating the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output or permanent access to a particular model. Provider outages, browser limitations and changing platform specifications can affect the service. We may make proportionate changes to protect it or improve functionality.
If a material change affects purchased credits, we will consider reasonable remedies consistent with applicable law. If we discontinue a paid service, we will communicate the impact on unused credits. We may suspend use that violates these Terms, subject to legal requirements and reasonable handling of billing concerns.
10. Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for your app’s content, permissions and final submission. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and AI results are provided without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, exclusivity or platform approval, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
To the extent a limitation is lawful, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Creative Assets in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, willful misconduct or other protected categories.
11. Disputes, changes and contact
Contact support@creativeassets.design first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable mandatory law and any consumer rights determine the courts and remedies available to you. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive statutory rights to bring a complaint.
We may update these Terms and will identify the effective date above. Material changes affecting existing paid use will be notified where required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent legally permitted. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@creativeassets.design.
