Make a loop that works with the sound off
Use restrained motion, distinguish source duration from export duration, and review the loop seam before uploading.
A useful creative video communicates its main idea before a viewer decides to turn on sound. Build a complete visual message with your real screenshot and concise copy, then add motion that helps the viewer notice the app.
Start with a legible still frame
Set the app name, headline, supporting copy and screenshot position before working on motion. Review both the header and the search composition. If the static frame is crowded, animation will usually make it harder to read.
The video editor keeps copy and screenshots separate from the background. You can animate a template, upload compatible footage, or use an AI-generated background clip. A paid AI task does not need to run again when you edit a headline or change the final duration.
Keep motion restrained
A gentle zoom or slow pan can give a scene movement while preserving readable text. A still layer treatment can work better with a source clip that already has a lot happening. Watch the entire preview and ask whether motion helps explain the app or simply competes with it.
Use real app footage if the product needs a demonstration. This editor uses uploaded footage as a background layer; it does not rebuild a full app walkthrough or automatically assemble a multi-scene storyboard. Pick a clip whose composition already makes room for your copy.
Understand the source and the final loop
The optional AI video task uses APIMart Seedance 2.0 to request a 5-, 10- or 15-second, 4K source clip. The final export is a composition built from that source plus your layers. Selecting a longer export duration repeats the shorter clip; it does not generate that many seconds of unique footage.
Upscaling the source to fit a larger header also does not create new visual detail. Your text and screenshot are drawn at the final export dimensions, while the background reflects the quality of its source. Inspect the full-size output, especially fine textures and moving edges.
Review the seam and both placements
Watch at least two loops with the sound off. Look for a sudden jump at the join, disappearing text, clipped screenshot edges or a moment when the message becomes difficult to read. A repeated source clip may have its own seam inside a longer export, so check those joins too.
Download the package and open both MP4s. A wide header and a search composition need independent review even when they share the same source. Keep their manifest and the original footage together for future updates.
Use Apple’s current specifications and creative best practices for your final submission. Browser export checks can help catch technical problems, but they cannot establish your app’s eligibility or guarantee Apple’s review result.
